1) Channel management system
This is a system that we use to interact indirectly with our clients through our automated system. They send us their property details (descriptions, pictures, amenities, facilities, etc...) and this information is circulated into our system, which is connected to multiple booking sites. We also have a synchronized calendar system, which works with the system of all the booking sites to protect our clients from "double booking". This is a completely automated feature, which edits out any human errors possible.

2) Personalized website
We provide an additional option of a (free) website for those clients who have more than 15 units of property, for greater visibility of their resources.

3) Customized booking engine
We make a specialized “booking engine” for our client website, which they can utilize to make their transactions through the website. This automated booking engine is wired to multiple booking sites calendars and it is completely geared to handle any situation which includes even a delicate transaction through a credit card. The system is secure enough to maintain the confidentiality of delicate information related to our clients.

4) Discounted commission rates
We deliver additional benefits to our clients in the form of slashed down rates as we acquire resources at booking sites in bulk. This means that if our client has one hotel/apartment, they receive a (20 %) commission. However, when we receive over 50 hotel/apartments, then our client is entitled to a bonus commission of (15%).

5) Revenue management
Revenue Management is one of our specialties, which we use to render customized revenue management advice. We have specialized professionals who are competent analyst capable enough to predict the behaviors of the micro-market to optimize availability, price and maximize revenue growth.

This basically comes down to, "Selling the right product to the right customer at the right time for the right price".
